Community Service Award
Purpose:
To award an outstanding woman for her dedication to serving the
Mansfield community through community service and community involvement.
Criteria:
• Nominee must not be a current member of the Board of Directors for the
Women's Division of the Mansfield Area Chamber of Commerce
• The nominee may or may not be a current member of the Women's
Division of the Mansfield Area Chamber of Commerce
• The nominee must reside in Mansfield or the immediate surrounding area
• Consider amount of volunteer work within the Mansfield Community
• Consider commitment to Mansfield community organizations
• Consider financial contributions to Mansfield community organizations
Deadlines:
• All applications must be submitted on-line at
www.mansfieldstyleshow.com by July 31, 2010 to be considered for the
2010 award.
• Finalists will be notified and invited as guests to the
Mansfield Style Show on August, 28th 2010 where the winner will be
announced.
